Fan content wall Fans make the content. Own every contact.
A fan content wall for photos, video and messages, on your big screen or online. Fans upload in seconds, you approve what goes up, and every upload gives you content for your channels and a contact you own.
Live in minutes, in four steps.
A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build, from choosing a template to publishing, without developers or designers.
- Step 1
Pick the template
Start from this template. It's already built and proven with real clubs and brands.
- Step 2
Make it yours
Add your branding, content, prizes and entry form in the campaign builder.
- Step 3
Share it with fans
Publish it on your site or app, in a link in bio, an email or a QR code at the ground.
- Step 4
Own the data
Watch entries arrive live, then export them or sync them to your CRM.
What you get with this template.
- Content for your channels. Fan photos and videos give you posts that reach far more people than the number who enter.
- From the crowd to the big screen. Put fans' photos on the screens at your ground or event, with no API work from your presentation provider.
- A brand in every shot. A branded frame puts your logo, or your sponsor's, on every photo fans share.
- Always on brand. You approve what goes up, so the wall stays right for your club or brand.
- A gallery people come back to. Fans browse the wall and like their favourites.
- Contacts you own. Every upload adds a consented contact to your database.

Your questions, answered
What is a fan content wall?
A fan content wall is a fan engagement campaign that collects photos, video and messages from your audience and shows them in one branded gallery you moderate. Clubs use one on match day and for community moments, and brands use it to put their name in every photo. Every upload adds a consented contact to your database.
Can fan photos go on the big screen?
Fan photos can go on your big screen within seconds of upload. Blackburn Rovers put supporters' selfies from the stands on the screen at Ewood Park, and captured emails from fans at the game who hadn't bought their own ticket, so the club had no email for them before.
Can a sponsor or brand put its name on the photos?
A sponsor can put its brand on every photo with a branded frame. Sydney FC and Macquarie University wrapped every fan selfie in a frame before it went up on the screens at Allianz Stadium. In the UK, Sports Breaks used a fan photo and video wall to grow a database of fans it could market travel packages to.
How long does it take to set up?
A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build from a template, depending on how much content you add, and most go live in under an hour. Most of the work is choosing your branding and moderation settings. You build it in your brand without developers or designers, and Copilot gives you people from our team when you're short on time.
Where does the entry data go?
Fan content wall data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Zapier and webhooks connect most other tools, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
