Polls and votes Give fans the final say. Own every vote.
A fan vote for player of the match, player of the year or any award fans care about. Run it once or every round, put your sponsor's name on it, and every vote adds a contact you own.

Your questions, answered
What is a fan vote?
A fan vote is a fan engagement campaign where supporters choose a winner, such as player of the match or player of the year, then enter to lock in their vote. Clubs run one every round or at the end of a season, and sponsors use it to own the award. Every vote adds a consented fan to your database.
Can we run it every match?
A fan vote can run after every match. Sunderland runs player of the match for every fixture, and Melbourne Storm ran its Player of the Year vote with Redzed across the season. Duplicate the campaign each week, update the options, and fans come back to have their say.
Can our sponsor own the award?
A sponsor can own the award outright. NSWRL ran Macca's Moment of the Match with McDonald's across all six 2024 State of Origin matches. About 15% of McDonald's digital campaign impressions in the Origin period came from that one activation, and NSWRL now plans to package and resell the format.
How long does it take to set up?
A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build from a template, depending on how much content you add, and most go live in under an hour. Most of the work is adding your players or options. You build it in your brand without developers or designers, and Copilot gives you people from our team when you're short on time.
Where does the entry data go?
Vote data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Zapier and webhooks connect most other tools, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
