Your questions, answered
What is a branded minigame?
A branded minigame is a short, replayable arcade-style experience, like a runner or a memory match, styled in a club's or sponsor's brand. We build it with leaderboards, prizes and an entry form, so every player becomes a contact the club or brand owns.
What kinds of minigames can you build?
Campaignware's core minigames are Sidestep Surge, Memory Match, Swipe and Match, and penalty and cricket minigames, each branded for you. If you have something else in mind, we can design a new minigame around your brand or sponsor, with project pricing based on your brief.
Can a sponsor own the minigame?
Yes. A minigame can carry one sponsor's brand from start to finish, so it becomes a sponsor asset you can sell. The Perth Scorchers ran a memory match for sponsor BMD across the BBL season, and MKTG built one for Chemist Warehouse and CeraVe at State of Origin.
Can fans play at the ground?
Yes. Fans scan a QR code on the big screen, a seat or a sign and play on their phone. MKTG ran the Chemist Warehouse minigame in the venue at State of Origin, with a version for each team's fans, extending an activation already paid for.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every entry is captured with GDPR-compliant consent, encrypted in transit and at rest, and can be exported or sent straight to HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo and the other tools you already use, so you can reach every player again.
How are minigames priced?
Minigames have project pricing, based on whether we brand one of our existing minigames or design a new one for you. Each one is built as part of a Campaignware Studio project or added to your plan. Tell us what you want to achieve and we'll come back with a project price.
