Squad predictor Own selection day. Bring fans back twice.

A squad predictor for selection day. Fans pick the players they think will make your squad before it's announced, then come back to see how close they got, and every entry adds a contact you own.

How it works

Live in minutes, in four steps.

A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build, from choosing a template to publishing, without developers or designers.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the template

Start from this template. It's already built and proven with real clubs and brands.

  2. Step 2

    Make it yours

Add your branding, content, prizes and entry form in the campaign builder.

  3. Step 3

    Share it with fans

Publish it on your site or app, in a link in bio, an email or a QR code at the ground.

  4. Step 4

    Own the data

Watch entries arrive live, then export them or sync them to your CRM.

What you get with this template.

  • Own selection day. The build-up to the announcement happens on your channels, not someone else's.
  • Fans back for the reveal. Fans return once the squad is named to see how close they got.
  • Tournaments, tours and seasons. Run it before a World Cup, a tour or the start of a new season.
  • A sponsor on the announcement. Your sponsor owns selection day, with a prize for the closest call.
  • Any sport with a squad. Rugby, football, cricket, netball or any team that gets named.
  • Contacts you own. Every entry adds a consented fan to your database, ready for your next campaign.

Your questions, answered

What is a squad predictor?

A squad predictor is a pick your team competition where fans choose the players they think will be named in your squad before it's announced, then see how close they got. Clubs and national teams run one before tournaments, tours and new seasons, and sponsors use it to own selection day. Every entry adds a consented fan to your database.

How is it different from a team selector?

A squad predictor asks fans who will be picked, while a team selector asks who should play. Because the squad is named after fans enter, they come back to see how close they got. That gives you a second moment with every entrant, and gives your sponsor a second appearance on announcement day.

When should we run one?

A squad predictor works best in the weeks before a squad announcement: a World Cup or tournament squad, a touring party, a representative side or a new season. Open it when selection talk peaks, close it before the announcement, and show fans how close they got once the squad is named.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up a squad predictor mostly means loading your list of contenders. A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build from a template, depending on how much content you add, and most go live in under an hour. You build it in your brand without developers or designers, and Copilot gives you people from our team when you're short on time.

Where does the entry data go?

Squad predictor data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Zapier and webhooks connect most other tools, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
