Omnihub fan hub One destination for fans. Fully yours.
Use Omnihub, our hub template that brings several digital experiences together in one branded page, as a fan hub, a VIP hub or a link in bio. Every entry adds a contact you own, on a page that's fully yours.
Live in minutes, in four steps.
A typical campaign takes 20 to 40 minutes to build, from choosing a template to publishing, without developers or designers.
- Step 1
Pick the template
Start from this template. It's already built and proven with real clubs and brands.
- Step 2
Make it yours
Add your branding, content, prizes and entry form in the campaign builder.
- Step 3
Share it with fans
Publish it on your site or app, in a link in bio, an email or a QR code at the ground.
- Step 4
Own the data
Watch entries arrive live, then export them or sync them to your CRM.
What you get with this template.
- One link for everything. Your campaigns, tickets, video and offers sit together in one branded page.
- Fewer links to manage. Run several campaigns from one hub, instead of a new link every time.
- A link in bio that's yours. Replace a link tool you pay for, with no third-party ads and your own tracking.
- Match and event hubs. Everything people need for a big match or event, in one place.
- VIP and hospitality hubs. A private hub for your guests, suites and corporate hospitality.
- A hub your sponsor owns. Give a sponsor a branded hub for a whole tournament or season, as an asset you can sell.

Your questions, answered
What is Omnihub?
Omnihub is our hub template that brings several digital experiences together in one branded page, alongside your tickets, video and offers. Clubs, leagues, venues and brands use it as a fan hub, a VIP hub or a link in bio. It's built in the campaign builder like any other template, so every entry adds a contact you own.
Can it replace our link in bio?
Omnihub can replace a link-in-bio tool you pay for, with no third-party ads and your own tracking. Blackburn Rovers built Rovers Hub, a fully branded link in bio with match-day tickets, retail offers and fan polls in one place, so supporters have one link to follow.
Can we use it for a major event?
Omnihub works well for major events. Football Australia and Allianz ran the Socceroos Fan Hub at the FIFA World Cup, bringing many activations into one branded destination. At Race of Champions Sydney, four campaigns sat in one hub with a QR code on the big screen, and the show operator called the platform “a game-changer for fan engagement”.
Can it work for hospitality?
Omnihub works as a private hub for hospitality guests. Qudos Bank Arena runs VIP hubs for its guests. In New Zealand, Airwallex used a hospitality hub at the Blues to replace the business card draw, capture every guest rather than just table buyers, and give guests one destination instead of back-and-forth emails.
Where does the entry data go?
Omnihub data is captured with consent on every entry and goes straight into your CRM or marketing tools through built-in integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and Data Talks. Zapier and webhooks connect most other tools, and you can export it too. Campaignware is GDPR compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest, so the contacts stay yours.
